What is the Rebel Art Studio?
Rebel Art Studio is an online store, located in Picture Butte, Alberta.
How do I start a custom order?
The only requirement for a custom order, is one clear photo of the person and/or subject that you need drawn. Simply inform Rebel Art Studio what you would like and the process of your custom art piece will begin.
What are the shipping options?
When will my package arrive?
Rebel Art Studio uses Canada Post and UPS for all shipping, it is up to the buyer which company they would prefer. After the art purchase is made online, the company calculates the shipping cost and the buyer is notified of the shipping price. There are two shipping payment options, Paypal or Collect on Delivery. If Paypal is chosen, the buyer pays for shipping before the artwork is shipped. If Collect on Delivery is chosen, before the artwork is handed over to the addressee or his representative, the addressee or his representative must pay the Collect on Delivery amount as specified ​on the Collect on Delivery form. Depending on the size and weight of purchase and also the location of the buyer, prices vary.
Note: Collect on Delivery (COD) is available internationally for Canada Post, however for UPS Collect on Delivery is only available when shipping within Canada and to the U.S. ​

Rebel Art Studio will mail your completed artwork anywhere you desire and provide you with a time estimate when you order. Generally the time wait is between 2-4 weeks.
The holding period for Collect on Delivery items is 15 calendar days (30 calendar days for northern addresses). Once the holding period has expired, unclaimed Collect on Delivery items are deemed undeliverable and returned to Rebel Art Studio. If necessary, Rebel Art Studio can submit a written request to have the holding period extended to 30 calendar days.

How do I make a payment?
Rebel Art Studio will send you an invoice through PayPal. Rebel Art Studio is now accepting payments through PayPal or e-Transfer.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork at avrilgulikerart@hotmail.ca to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
